Where We Ship
Function First Design ships within the United States.

Processing Time
Function First Design original products are made to order and printed in-house. Most orders ship within 1-3 business days. During periods of high order volume, processing may occasionally take up to 5 business days — if this affects your order, we'll reach out to let you know.

Partner Products
Some products in our store are fulfilled directly by trusted vendor partners and ship from their location. Partner products may have separate processing times, shipping rates, and carriers — charges are displayed at checkout. If your order contains both Function First Design and partner products, you may receive multiple shipments with separate tracking numbers. Partner products may not be available for shipment to Canada. If an item in your order cannot be shipped internationally, we'll contact you before processing. For returns or issues with partner-fulfilled items, contact us directly at functionfirstdesignllc@gmail.com and we'll coordinate on your behalf.

Domestic Shipping (United States)
Function First Design original products ship free via USPS. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Delivery times vary by location but are typically 2-5 business days after shipment.

International Shipping (Canada)
We ship to Canada via USPS International. Canadian orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total. Canada Post collects any applicable fees at the time of delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Total Estimated Time
For domestic orders, please allow approximately 1-2 weeks from order to delivery. Canadian orders may take longer depending on customs processing.
